Meet The Team

Sean Sanberg
W
Sean Sanberg is a speaker, trainer, coach, and relationship educator who has spent more than 25 years helping couples and families build stronger, healthier relationships. His journey began shortly after he and his wife, Sarah, were married and moved to Mountain Home, Idaho. Living in a small Air Force Base community opened their eyes to the unique strengths and challenges of military families and sparked a lifelong passion for supporting couples as they navigate the demands of life, family, and service.
Most recently, Sean served as Director of Training at Stronger Families, a Kirkland-based nonprofit organization providing relationship support and resiliency training to first responder and U.S. military families around the world. Over the years, he has had the privilege of training professionals and couples across the country and around the world, sharing practical tools and encouraging people to be intentional about building relationships that can thrive through every season of life.
Sean is also a published curriculum author and is certified in several leading relationship programs, including OXYGEN, Prepare/Enrich, PREP, and SYMBIS. His approach combines practical relationship tools, engaging teaching, and a genuine belief that healthy relationships don’t happen by accident—they are built, strengthened, and nurtured over time.
At Mosaic, Sean is expanding opportunities for couples to connect, grow, learn, and have fun together through couples groups, retreats, webinars, and other relationship-focused experiences. We’re excited about what this next chapter will bring and the opportunity to combine Sean’s decades of experience with Mosaic’s commitment to helping people move from conflict to connection.

Marina Gesundheit
Marina Gesundheit serves as the Equine Specialist for Mosaic Counseling’s Eagala Equine Therapy program and as an Administrative Assistant.
Marina's equine experience includes several years of riding instruction, volunteer work with a horse rescue, and the rehabilitation and training of her own formerly wild mustang.
When Marina adopted the mustang, the horse had been mishandled and was highly fearful and distrustful of people. Through patience, careful observation, applied behavior analysis, and positive-reinforcement techniques, Marina gradually earned her trust. Using liberty training, she developed a strong partnership with the mare and ultimately trained her to accept a saddle and be ridden.
This experience gave Marina a deep appreciation for equine behavior, nonverbal communication, trust, and the importance of allowing progress to unfold at an individual pace.
Marina brings this calm, perceptive, and compassionate approach to Mosaic Counseling’s equine therapy team, helping support the safety and well-being of both clients and horses.
In her administrative role, she also helps keep the practice organized and creates a welcoming experience for the individuals and families Mosaic Counseling serves.
